1. Purpose

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3. Subscription and Access to Content

3.2 Subscription terms
The Subscriber can take out a subscription online by completing the registration form and making payment on the Platform. Subscriptions are personal, non-assignable and non-transferable.
3.3 Subscription duration
Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) and renewed automatically unless terminated by the Subscriber in accordance with the provisions of article 6.
4. Rates and payment
4.1 Price list
Subscription prices are quoted in USD. Platform reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a modification, the Subscriber will be informed before the new rates come into effect.
4.2 Terms of payment
Subscription payment is made by credit card or any other payment method accepted by the Platform. Payment is debited automatically at the beginning of each subscription period. Although the subscription may be cancelled at any time, we do not refund any invoiced amounts. Once cancelled, your next payment cycle will no longer be billed.
4.3 Payment security
Transactions carried out on the Platform are secured by a data encryption system in order to guarantee the confidentiality of banking information.
5. Termination
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their personal space on the Platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
6. Subscriber's responsibilities
The Subscriber undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with the laws in force. Any fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform will result in suspension or termination of the subscription, without reimbursement of sums paid.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and not to share your access with third parties.
7. Responsibilities of the Platform
Platform undertakes to provide access to the Platform and its content under the best possible conditions. However, Platform cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays or malfunctions of the service due to circumstances beyond its control.

9. Limitation of liability and Warranty

To the extent permitted under applicable law: a) in no event shall Aleksei Makarov be liable to Subscriber for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to Platform; and b) the aggregate liability of Aleksei Makarov in connection with these terms of service and licensee’s use of the Platform shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by licensee therefor.
Video and photo content are being delivered to Subscriber “as is.” Aleksei Makarov makes no warranty as to use or performance of the Platform, including quality of image or compatibility with any computer hardware or other equipment, operating system, or software program, and hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, whether by state, common law, custom, usage, or otherwise, including warranties regarding noninfringement of third party rights, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose.
10. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes by any appropriate means and such changes will take effect immediately.
